1. Local-First Sovereignty
meay is built on the principle of personal sovereignty. Your data—including keystrokes, screen OCR, and browsing history—is vectorized and indexed locally on your device. We do not maintain a central database of your life.
2. Zero Data Entry, Zero Data Sale
While meay "The Presence" observes your context to provide resonance, this data is never sold to third parties. We are not an advertising company; we are a resonance engine.
3. The "Close the Door" Protocol
Privacy controls are physical and absolute. Flipping your phone face-down or using the "Shush" hotkey (Cmd+M) immediately terminates all ingestion. When you close the door, meay stops listening. Period.
4. Encrypted Synthesis
When meay generates your "Ghost Stream" narrative, content sent to our processing models is stripped of personally identifiable information (PII) and encrypted in transit.
